Does Acai Berry Diet Really Work?
Discovered on Oprah by Dr.Oz, Acai berry has become one of the biggest diet crazes of 2009. About the size of a grape, this little purple fruit is loaded with antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and fat burning enhancers to help you lose weight. I am a single mom who has tried many diets in the past with mixed results. With all the hype and craze over this diet, I had to try it and see if it really works.
Acai berries have high fiber content and detoxifying properties, which flush toxins and excess waste out of the body.
I’ve been taking 2 acai pills in the morning with breakfast. The first thing you’ll notice is the increased energy you will feel throughout your day. I used to pig out for lunch and left feeling bloated and tired. Since using acai, the bloating has gone down significantly. This is probably due to the fact that I don’t even crave junk food anymore. I feel more energetic and healthy and I was able to reach my ideal weight within 6 weeks - losing nearly 25 lbs. It boosts energy, so I have been able to keep up with the kids without feeling tired and worn out, like I have on other diets I have tried. This stuff makes you feel great and totally in control of what you eat. Recently, I’ve started going back to the gym because I have more ambition and drive after losing 25 lbs.
